The Northolme Hotel & Spa is a completely renovated 5 Star Hotel offering accommodation in private Villas, a secluded hideaway nestled on the hillside and along small beach coves on Beau Vallon Bay, with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean, nearby Silhouette and North Islands, and magnificent sunsets!

40 Villas, including 14 Deluxe Oceanfront, and 26 Oceanview Hillside , all with stunning views. The Deluxe Oceanfront Villas are single storey, and most of the Oceanview Hillside Villas are double storey.

One of the Deluxe Oceanfront Villas with Jacuzzi is the Ian Fleming Suite, an experience to commemorate the author's stays at The Northolme Hotel & Spa, his inspiration for one of the 007 plots in the bestselling thriller, "For Your Eyes Only".

The Northolme Hotel & Spa has two bars Ocean View Bar and the Lobby Lounge.

Ocean View Bar is open air, located on the lower level of the main building, with an al fresco, timber deck overlooking the surrounding ocean, magnificent sunsets, and which can be enclosed by glass panel French doors. Ocean View Bar offers your favourite beverages, including Citronelle tea, a favourite local herbal infusion, pastries, a light snack menu, and afternoon tea. Ocean View Bar is decorated in the hi-tech, sophisticated style reminiscent of the creative genius of the famous James Bond character. Service is also provided to the pool, The Crow's Nest, and Les Cocotiers Restaurant.

The Lobby Lounge is open air, located in the main building, with an al fresco timber deck overlooking the surrounding ocean, and offers your favourite beverages, pastries, and afternoon tea.

The Hilltop Restaurant is the main dining room, and serves «all you can eat» buffet style meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with action cooking stations and changing themes. Guests with BB, half or full board meal plans dine here for those meals. All guests are welcome. The Hilltop is an open air restaurant featuring spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding ocean and mountains, and which can be enclosed by glass panel French doors. Seating is for 60 guests.

Les Cocotiers Restaurant s the ultimate dining experience on Mahé, an «optional» a la carte restaurant for dinner, located in the main building, offering a menu specializing in Creole cuisine, featuring fresh, local seafood, as well as a selection of international favourites, including fine, aged beef, and an extensive wine list. Les Cocotiers Restaurant is an open air, al fresco restaurant «under the stars», featuring spectacular views of the surrounding ocean, and which can be enclosed by glass panel French doors, and air-conditioned. The Executive Chef welcomes special requests. Seating is for 30 guests.
