La Grande Caze

This Seychellois plantation house is the restored home of the Dauban family, previous owners of the island. Now housing a café serving traditional Creole cuisine, a library, museum, art gallery and boutique. The Grande Caze experience fuses modern Seychellois spirit with the island's French and English heritage. This venue also features a private dining room where guests are able to dine in style in an intimate setting.

Italian Restaurant

Modern Italian cuisine. Air-conditioned indoor seating and outdoor dining along the lake with views of Mount Dauban.

Grill & Teppanyaki

Fabulous restaurant set right on the beach. At low tide guests can sit on the beach with the ocean lapping at their feet. The central show kitchen prepares stunning grilled cuisine, highlighted by freshly caught local seafood. Striking interior design with Japanese influences. A lake-side pavilion offers teppanyaki with the backdrop of the mountain rising over Silhouette.

All Day Dining Cafe Restaurant

Exquisite buffets. World cuisine and Creole specialties. Overlooking the pool and featuring views of Mount Dauban on one side and the ocean on the other.

Bar

Island cocktails accompanied by views of the Indian Ocean and the deep green forest-covered slopes of Mount Dauban.
